We are hosting NeurIPS 2024 at the Vancouver Convention Center in Vancouver, Canada. This workshop aims to clarify key questions on the trustworthiness of agentic AI systems and foster a community of researchers working in this area.

2023 NeurIPS Social
Following up on last year's highly successful ML Safety Social and Workshop, we hosted another social at NeurIPS 2023, attended by several hundred researchers interested in ML safety.
2023 ICML Social
We hosted a social at ICML 2023 in Hawaii, bringing together several hundred researchers from machine learning communities to discuss topics relating to ML safety.
2022 NeurIPS Workshop and Social
We organized a workshop with 140 submitted papers. $50,000 was awarded for best paper prizes and $50,000 for the paper with the best analysis of sociotechnical issues posed by AI. We also hosted a highly successful social with over 100 participants.
